Daily Attendance Form

Several years ago the Treasurer began producing these Daily Attendance Forms to be used to speed the recording of daily dues collections. Each year the form is updated with the current year's members, and every market day one copy of the form is used as dues are collected. This saves time in not having to write down each farm's name as the dues are collected. The forms are printed two to a landscape 8½ x 11 page; the downloadable file (see link, above) is already set up this way.
